Last updated: August 17, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Days Arban Blaze Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us" or "our"). The website may present services offered by or through Arban Blaze Realty and ATS Technology, which operate as specialized businesses within the Days Arban Blaze Group. These Terms also provide general conditions applicable to enquiries and service engagements. For any specific project or transaction, the signed proposal, quotation, work order, service agreement or other written project document will govern the specific scope, price, deliverables, payment terms, responsibilities and other commercial conditions. Where there is a conflict, the project-specific written document will prevail for that project.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms as they apply to website use. If you do not agree with the website-use provisions, please discontinue use of the website.

Submission of an enquiry or request for a quotation does not by itself create a binding contract for construction, interiors, real estate, IT, networking or security services. A service engagement becomes subject to the applicable written commercial/project documentation agreed between the parties.

2. Services

The Group provides services across construction, structural and space-development activities, interior design and execution, renovation, architectural and structural planning, real estate and property services, IT products and setup, networking, CCTV, surveillance and security solutions.

Arban Blaze Realty handles property-related services including buying, selling, renting, new and resale properties, plots, property documentation and registration support, property consultation, client requirement matching and related real-estate assistance.

ATS Technology handles IT products and office technology, networking, CCTV, surveillance, security devices, society security systems, technology setup and maintenance/support services.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the website in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the website or interfere with another person's use of it.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems or connected computer resources.
  • Use bots, scrapers or other automated means to extract website content without prior written permission.
  • Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, misleading or infringing content.
  • Misrepresent your identity, authority, property rights or relationship with the Company.

4. Enquiries & Quotations

Website information, enquiry responses, preliminary estimates, quotations, BOQs or pricing indications shared through the website, phone, email or WhatsApp are subject to the actual requirement and applicable project conditions.

Construction and interior estimates may depend on site inspection, measurements, drawings, specifications, material selection, scope finalization, labour requirements, market rates and other project conditions. Real-estate information may depend on property availability, owner/developer information, documentation and applicable transaction conditions. IT and security estimates may depend on site conditions, equipment, network, power, quantities and technical requirements.

A quotation or estimate does not become a binding commercial commitment until accepted through the applicable written proposal, work order, agreement or other authorized written confirmation.

5. Project Scope & Contract Documents

The final scope of a project or service will be determined by the applicable written project documentation. This may include the approved quotation, BOQ, drawings, specifications, material selections, deliverables, payment schedule, milestones, exclusions, timelines and other agreed conditions.

General descriptions on this website are not a substitute for project-specific documentation. Where a project agreement contains a more specific term, that term will apply to the relevant project.

6. Project Changes & Variations

Projects may require changes to scope, design, materials, quantities, specifications, timelines or costs due to client requests, site conditions, availability, regulatory requirements or other circumstances arising during execution.

Additional or changed work should be approved in writing where reasonably practicable. The Company may issue a revised quotation, variation, work order or other written confirmation identifying the applicable cost and/or schedule impact.

Work outside the approved scope may not be included in the original quotation unless expressly stated in the project documentation.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information relevant to the enquiry or project.
  • Provide timely approvals, selections, instructions and decisions reasonably required for the project.
  • Provide reasonable access to the property/site where site visits, measurements, installation or execution are required.
  • Provide documents, permissions or information that the client is responsible for obtaining under the applicable project arrangement.
  • Ensure that property, site, documents, images and information supplied or authorized by the client may lawfully be used for the requested purpose.
  • Promptly notify the Company of material changes that may affect the project or service.

Delays caused by delayed client approvals, decisions, payments, site access, material selections or other client-controlled matters may affect the agreed project schedule and may be dealt with under the applicable project agreement.

8. Construction & Interior Projects

Construction, renovation, interior and space-development work may include residential, commercial, office, bungalow, hospital, landscape, turnkey and related projects as described in the Company's service portfolio.

Actual execution depends on the approved drawings, specifications, quantities, materials, site conditions, permissions, access, labour, vendors and other project factors. The Company does not treat general website descriptions or illustrative project images as a guarantee of identical results, finishes, materials or dimensions for a particular project.

Material substitutions, site discoveries, changes requested by the client or other execution requirements will be handled according to the approved project documentation and applicable variation process.

9. Real Estate Services

Arban Blaze Realty provides assistance relating to property buying, selling, renting, new properties, resale properties, plots, residential and commercial properties, property documentation, registration support, RERA channel-partner services, consultation and requirement matching.

Property information, availability, pricing, specifications, approvals, ownership details and transaction conditions may change and may be provided by owners, developers or other third parties. Clients should independently verify material property information and documentation before entering into a transaction.

The Company does not guarantee investment returns, future property values, appreciation, rental income or the commercial outcome of any property transaction. Any brokerage, service fee, commission or other transaction charge applicable to a particular engagement will be governed by the relevant written arrangement.

Registration, documentation and RERA-related assistance is subject to applicable requirements, the information/documents available for the transaction and the role undertaken by the Company.

10. IT, Networking, CCTV & Security Services

ATS Technology provides IT products, office technology setup, networking, CCTV, surveillance, security devices, society security systems, smart monitoring and related maintenance/support.

System performance may depend on electricity, internet connectivity, network infrastructure, third-party hardware or software, site conditions, configuration, environmental conditions and other factors outside the Company's direct control.

Installation of CCTV, surveillance or security equipment does not guarantee prevention or detection of theft, intrusion, loss, damage or other incidents. Clients are responsible for using surveillance and security systems lawfully and for obtaining permissions or approvals required for their use.

Manufacturer warranties or third-party software/hardware terms may apply to supplied products or components where applicable.

11. Payments & Payment Defaults

Payment amounts, milestones, due dates and accepted modes will be specified in the relevant quotation, proposal, work order or agreement. Clients should make payments only through Company-authorized payment methods and accounts and should retain receipts or acknowledgements.

Where a payment is delayed or not made when due, the Company may exercise the rights and remedies available under the applicable project agreement and law. This may include pausing affected work, rescheduling activities or addressing additional costs caused by the delay, where permitted by the applicable agreement.

No employee, representative or other person is authorized to create an undisclosed personal payment arrangement or collect Company/client money outside the Company's authorized process. Clients should report any such request to the Company using the contact details below.

12. Cancellation & Termination

Cancellation or termination of a project or service will be governed primarily by the applicable signed proposal, work order, service agreement or other written project documentation.

If a client requests cancellation after work has commenced, the client may remain responsible, subject to the applicable agreement and law, for work completed, approved services, materials procured or committed for the project, third-party charges and other legitimate amounts already incurred.

The Company may suspend or terminate a service engagement where permitted by the applicable agreement, including for material payment default, unlawful conduct, serious misuse of Company systems or property, or other material breach. Any termination will be handled subject to applicable contractual terms and law.

13. Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, logos, photographs, layouts and other website content are owned by the Company or its licensors, unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied, reproduced, republished or commercially distributed without prior written permission.

Project-specific drawings, designs, proposals, BOQs, presentations, technical configurations, documents and other creative or technical work are subject to the intellectual-property and usage rights stated in the applicable project agreement. Payment for a service does not by itself determine ownership of every underlying design or work product unless the applicable agreement states otherwise.

14. Client Information & Confidentiality

Information provided by a client for an enquiry or project may include contact details, property information, project requirements, pricing information, drawings, designs, technical information, security information and other business or project material.

The Company will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable requirements. Project-specific confidentiality obligations may also be governed by the relevant written agreement.

Clients should not provide confidential information belonging to another person or organization unless they are authorized to do so.

15. Third-Party Links & Services

The website may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, social media platforms or other external websites. The Company does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.

Third-party hardware, software, vendors, property owners, developers, contractors and other external parties may be involved in particular services. Their separate terms, warranties or policies may apply where relevant.

16. Privacy Policy

Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information may be collected, used, shared, retained and protected.

The Privacy Policy and these Terms serve different purposes. Where consent is required by applicable law for a particular processing activity, the Company will seek consent through the applicable mechanism.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, gross negligence or wilful default where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Liability relating to the actual performance of a construction, interior, real-estate, IT, networking or security project will be governed by the applicable project agreement and applicable law.

19. Force Majeure

The Company will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action or regulatory changes, strikes or labour disputes, material or supply shortages, power or network outages, transport disruptions or other events reasonably recognized as force majeure.

Where such circumstances affect a project, the applicable timelines and obligations may be reasonably adjusted in accordance with the project agreement and applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

The Company may revise these Terms to reflect changes in its services, business practices, website functionality or applicable requirements. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Continued use of the website after a revised version is posted may constitute acceptance of the revised website-use terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Changes to an existing project or transaction will not override the signed project agreement unless the parties agree to such changes in writing.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to any mandatory legal requirements applicable to the relevant service or transaction.
